EMBRACE TEMPTATION.
Young Hollywood agent Jordan Hines (Jim Cummings) is planning his wedding, but receives a purple envelope with a mysterious invitation to a sexual encounter that he simply can’t ignore. A comedy-thriller that doesn’t serve up a satisfying amount of laughs or tension, but its attempt to satirize Hollywood is more interesting. The story questions the role of agents in a shifting film community and illustrates integrity issues in these tech-obsessed times, as well as the fear of making mistakes after #metoo. Cummings is perfect as the slick agent.
