IT’S THE KIND OF PARTY WHERE EVERYONE GETS WASTED.
A group of Texas high school kids go to an isolated ranch for a weekend party; along for the ride is Mandy Lane (Amber Heard), a girl to die for.Ā Director Jonathan Levineās feature film debut has a marginally better story than most other slashers as well as a few good-looking touches here and thereā¦ but a thriller should have, you know, thrills, and this one is sorely lacking. It takes forever until the killing starts and by then we donāt care much whether these bratty kids make it or not.
