Lassard (George Gaynes), Harris (G. W. Bailey) and their former cadets go to Russia to help the police capture a mafia boss.Ā The seventh chapter is the worst of them all, featuring really bad slapstick accompanied by silly sound effects, like in a cartoon. Charlie Schlatter is the new Steve Guttenberg type, but he’s dull, and so is Ron Perlman as the mob leader.Ā Itās frustrating to see Christopher Lee show up in a movie like this; he deserves better.Ā The only interesting ingredient is the Moscow scenery.
