In order to celebrate ten years of successful vlogging, social media celebrity Cole Turner (Keegan Allen) and his friends go to Russia for the ultimate escape room experience. A horror movie for people who hate Russians and influencers, treating us to a lead character that’s hard to root for, uninspired torture porn in dirty and badly lit jail cells and a final twist that isn’t bad but mostly underscores the cruelty of this overall unconvincing concept. Takes forever to build any kind of tension.
