WHAT IF PETER PAN GREW UP?
San Francisco corporate lawyer Peter Banning (Robin Williams) has forgotten all about his magical childhood, but a visit to London brings him back to Neverland. A sequel of sorts to J.M. Barrie’s story about Peter Pan that begins promisingly enough, but loses its way when the adult Peter goes back to Neverland and becomes involved in a series of tiresome shenanigans with the rowdy Lost Boys. A sugarcoated, protracted and costly adventure that adds nothing to the original, in spite of Dustin Hoffman and John Williams’s score.
