SOON THE FIRST SNOW WILL COME, AND THEN HE WILL KILL AGAIN.
Alcoholic Oslo cop Harry Hole (Michael Fassbender) is investigating several disappearances and grisly murders of women; all the crime scenes have a snowman in common… Tomas Alfredson tries to do for Norway what David Fincher did for Sweden with The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (2011); this nordic noir thriller also blends a Hollywood cast with Scandinavian talents and frozen vistas. However, some scenes border on parody, there’s no tension and unfortunate changes have been made to the story.
