Jessie Burlingame (Carla Gugino) lets her husband (Bruce Greenwood) handcuff her to the bedpost in an isolated cabin as part of a sex game, but she soon finds herself in real danger. A thriller that plays out in similar vein to the directorās Hush (2016) that was also set in an isolated house in the countryside where itās hard to escape danger. This story largely takes place in a bedroom where the trapped lead begins to hear voices, experience hallucinations and must deal with horrors of her pastā¦ as well as a hungry dog. A claustrophobic and therapeutic chamber play with many nods to familiar Stephen King ingredients, very well performed by the two leads.
