EVERY CLUE WILL TAKE HIM DEEPER.Ā
Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) wakes up with memory loss in a Florence hospital and immediately has to start running from an assassin together with a doctor (Felicity Jones). The third movie about Langdon paid off financially, so thereās no reason for Ron Howard to change the formula. Once again, Langdon has a puzzle to solve in the culturally most intriguing places of Europe and the director makes it an attractive ride. Shorter than its predecessors, the story still feels heavy-handed and convoluted. But Dan Brown has that one thing in common with Howard ā lacking the incentive to change.
