When a Mississippi mechanic (Jason Patric) realizes that his daughter has gone missing from her college, he teams up with one of her friends (Jessica Lowndes) to save her from vicious drug dealers in New Orleans. This action thriller has a formula reminiscent of Taken (2008), but Patric is no Liam Neeson; he has zero charisma and his constant arguments with Lowndes are annoying. Mostly generic action, with two major stars in very small roles who don’t seem to give a shit.
