The Hills Have Eyes II

A group of National Guard trainees are on a mission in the New Mexico Desert and soon fall prey to the family of mutant cannibals that we know and love from previous films. This sequel (which is not a remake of the 1985 film of the same title) was rushed into production and simply features more of the same. Disappointing since Wes Craven was even more involved here than in the last movie. Not poorly made, but it has nothing new to grab your attention.

2007-U.S. 90 min. Color. Widescreen. Directed byĀ Martin Weisz. Screenplay: Wes Craven, Jonathan Craven. Cast: Michael McMillian (Napoleon), Jessica Stroup (Amber), Daniella Alonso (Missy), Jacob Vargas, Lee Thompson Young, Ben Crowley.

Trivia: Co-produced by Craven.
