FIRST CAME LOVE… THEN CAME REVEREND FRANK.
Reverend Frank (Robin Williams) agrees to marry Ben and Sadie (John Krasinski, Mandy Moore) but has one condition: they have to participate in his marriage preparation course. You might think that Williams had better judgment, but once again we find him in a movie that doesn’t have one properly functioning gag. Fans will however appreciate that his funny lines compensate to some degree. The concept is thoroughly hollow; every part of the course aims to amuse viewers, not to help the couple.
