Elaine and Jonah (Eva Birthisle, Stephen Campbell Moore) take their three kids out in the country to spend the Christmas vacation at Elaine’s sister’s home, but all the children start to behave in strange ways. That’s a very amusing tagline for a horror movie that isn’t exactly fodder for parents (unless they feel a need to channel rage…). The bloody carnage here is caused by children who fall under some spell. There’s a few very effective scenes here and decent acting, but the concept is hard to take seriously, not least because of logical gaps.
