TERROR HAS MULTIPLIED.
Arthur Kriticos (Tony Shalhoub) and his family inherit a maze-like house from an uncle (F. Murray Abraham); little do they know that the new home harbors twelve ghosts. A remake of William Castleās 13 Ghosts (1960) that could easily have been great fun, but the filmmakers screw it up. The obnoxiously loud sound effects go hand in hand with tiresome chase sequences inside the glass maze; the ghosts are nothing special and the characters are as plastic as they come.
