Millionaire agent Clark Devlin (Jason Isaacs) is incapacitated and his driver (Jackie Chan) accidentally tries on his tuxedo… which has extraordinary powers; now it’s up to him to foil a plot to sabotage the world’s water supply. When watching a Jackie Chan film, one always needs to suspend one’s disbelief… but there are limits. The hi-tech tuxedo is silly, the script is full of tasteless and unfunny jokes and the action sequences in this dull dud are forgettable.
