HE WASN’T MUCH OF A MAN… NOW, HE’S NOT MUCH OF AN ANIMAL.
Aspiring cop Marvin Mange (Rob Schneider) wakes up after an accident and realizes that his interior organs have been replaced with those of animals. Far too often it’s not a good sign when a movie is produced by Adam Sandler’s studio, Happy Madison, and Schneider is unable to rescue it – not that he doesn’t bend over backwards trying. This is very physical comedy, but too cheap and sloppily put together. The script is utterly absurd, but it should have been equally funny.
