GET READY FOR A SECOND RUSH!
James Carter (Chris Tucker) goes to Hong Kong on vacation, but his buddy Lee (Jackie Chan) gets him involved in a counterfeit case that ultimately takes them back to the U.S. The first movie was a big hit, and we all know that Chan doesn’t mind doing sequels, so he partnered up with Tucker once again. They’re amusing (their end credit bloopers are funnier than anything else in the film) and make you forget about a generally useless plot. The action sequences keep things lively, and Zhang Ziyi adds spark as a lethal assassin for a Chinese Triad gang.
